Delivery
Meeting Your Expectations
Many of our orders are made to order but we aim to dispatch items within two to three business days. More often it is quicker than that. Typically we use Royal Mail delivery but if its a larger item we will use a courier service to ensure you get your purchase in the most efficient manner.

Returns

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do need to return it then we like to keep things simple. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items.

Please return goods within 1 week of delivery, unused and complete with packaging and all components.

If it's our fault we will refund the price you paid for that product plus postage, otherwise the cost of postage is your responsibility.

Refunds are only made to the original purchaser.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund unless there is a fault with the item.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.

If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.
